Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Please note: Each of our items is unique and handcrafted. As a result, the item you receive may not look exactly like the picture featured. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. If the item you receive is damaged or not what you ordered we will gladly pay the return shipping fees. Customers will be responsible for shipping all other returns.

We do not accept returns on food items. All product tags must be in place to receive a full refund.

Shipping

At Dunia's we make it a goal to send our items out within 1 business day of receiving the order. Because we care for our planet we re-use shipping materials whenever possible.

We ship to any address in the United States.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We do not have any control over delays that occur while shipments are in transit, however we do track and update our customers as necessary as well as follow up with carriers if there is a delay.
